Beginner and Family Scrambles
If you have never climbed anything before, this is the place to start. The trips outlined here range from no more than a strenuous hike, to low-risk scrambles that require a rope for short sections. All you need to bring is your normal hiking equipment. These are all one-day trips. Try a scramble. Check out the rock climbing page if you are looking for something shorter.

Easy Mountaineering Ascents
These climbs involve a bit more effort but can still be achieved by anyone who has a regular fitness routine and is motivated to reach the top! Routes are suitable for ambitious beginners or for those who have a little experience and want to learn more. If climbing is new to you we will first learn some basic skills, then we go climbing. Routes often involve some glacier travel and require technical equipment (most equipment is supplied). Although the climbs take only one day, for most of them we need to spend a day getting to a high camp or a hut, so these are usually 2 or 3 day trips. Challenge yourself and climb a mountain! Go mountaineering.
