It is in your best interests to protect yourself in case you are unable to come on your trip for any reason and if something occurs while you are on the trip.

This type of insurance protects you in case the trip is cancelled beforehand or interrupted during the trip.
If we cancel a trip for anything other than weather, conditions, a natural event, or actions of other persons and/or companies supplying goods and/or services we will refund your payments in full.

Out of country visitors to Canada require medical insurance for injuries or illness as health care is not free in Canada.
Canadians may need additional medical coverage if booking a trip outside their home province. This is especially true for Quebec residents. Research this before your trip.
Canadians booking a trip outside Canada require additional medical insurance as Canadian provincial health plans do not cover all costs incurred out of country. Clients from other countries may or may not require additional medical insurance, please research this before your trip.

If you pay for your trip by credit card, the card issuing company may offer similar insurance options as those described below. It is important that you carefully research whether your card offers this, and what the coverage consists of.
